Operation Underground Railroad exists to rescue children from sex trafficking.
In the past six years of existence, O.U.R. has rescued
3,800 victims and assisted in the arrests of more than 2,100 traffickers around the world. Our partners have collectively helped rescue the lives of more than 10,000 survivors who were enslaved, exploited or at risk.
About Operation Underground Railroad
O.U.R. was founded in December 2013. Since then, we’ve gathered the world’s experts in extraction operations. Additionally, in anti-child trafficking efforts to bring an end to child slavery. O.U.R.’s Ops Team consists of former CIA, past and current law enforcement, and highly skilled operatives that lead coordinated identification and extraction efforts. These operations are always in conjunction with law enforcement throughout the world.
Rescued victims begin a comprehensive process involving justice for the perpetrators and recovery and rehabilitation for the survivors.
It is time for private citizens and organizations to rise up and help. It is our duty as a free and blessed people.
Domestic Services
O.U.R. salutes our nation’s law enforcement officers who protect our country’s children. Law enforcement professionals skillfully investigate, arrest and prosecute those who violate children. Our nation’s police efforts to protect children in the U.S. are light years ahead of many other countries. O.U.R. acknowledges the expertise and extraordinary work done by these dedicated men and women who bravely battle the scourge of child sexual exploitation. Furthermore, it shares the mission to save children and seek justice for those who victimize them, therefore O.U.R. is committed to enhancing law enforcement efforts by providing resources where budget shortfalls prohibit a CSAM (child sexual abuse material), child exploitation or human trafficking operation from going forward.
In addition, O.U.R. will also provide or facilitate child exploitation investigative training in U.S. jurisdictions where a need exists. Collaborating with law enforcement will reduce duplication, promote best practices and avoid other potential issues which might arise without close coordination. It is a privilege and honor to support our nation’s heroes in the important cause of deterring, disrupting and dismantling child exploitation. Furthermore, end the trafficking of children in our nation’s communities.

OPERATION UNDERGROUND RAILROAD AFTERCARE
What is O.U.R. Aftercare?
The keyword in O.U.R. Aftercare truly is ‘Collaboration’:
We commit to the journey of supporting survivors in their healing process. O.U.R. vets and assesses aftercare centers around the world. Furthermore, partners with different organizations, safe homes and aftercare centers. Aftercare also works directly in collaboration with the O.U.R. Jump Team and government officials to communicate the assessments and potential aftercare centers for children. We then assist in the communication to the center about upcoming rescues and the predicted needs. This could include additional social workers or medical professionals in-country.
A Servant’s Heart and An Empowering Spirit
At this time, O.U.R. has found the most effective model is empowering and supporting in-country aftercare centers. Through collaboration, we have been able to support the care of survivors far beyond what we would have been able to do on our own. In order to be most effective, we believe that people who have already invested years in the country are the experts and understand the culture far greater than those who do not live there. IT’S THE DESIRE OF O.U.R. AFTERCARE THAT WE COME IN WITH A SERVANT’S HEART AND AN EMPOWERING SPIRIT.

Current Practices
It is the current practice of O.U.R. Aftercare that before a rescue operation we build partnerships with in-country aftercare centers. In addition, we ensure that it will be able to provide quality care through the healing process of the trauma. It is our goal to ensure that a survivor has the resources to receive as much aftercare services as needed. It is our hope, that in time, we will build on the generous support of individuals and corporations. As a result, increasing the amount of humanitarian aid and aftercare assistance from O.U.R. There are some homes that only have the resources to provide short-term care (3-6 months). Depending on the situation, we hope to support increased care for survivors to receive services they need.

Not all countries allow us to vet and partner with specific aftercare centers. Some countries have pre-determined government appointed centers where they place rescued children. If O.U.R. is not able to vet the specific aftercare center, we invest in building relationships with government social workers. As a result, we can provide assistance if needed. Due to the generous support of many individuals and partnerships, we are able to provide humanitarian aid. This is based on the need and specific request of the aftercare center. We believe in providing strategic humanitarian aid that is empowering to the center’s short and long term goals.

Children Need Families
In April 2020, the foundation “Children Need Families” (CNF) became a project of O.U.R. To further our efforts, we work with children who have been or who are at risk of being trafficked. Furthermore, we help place them with families who want to adopt them.
