Day Trade For Good recently pledged to combine all earnings from its $10 Trader Lite signup fee for a Sub For Santa donation.

That Sub For Santa donation was fulfilled as part of a Holiday Party held at The Melting Pot in Downtown Salt Lake City on Tuesday, December 3rd.

As always, Day Trade For Good is thankful for the chance to help others less fortunate than ourselves. We look forward to any and all future opportunities to help!
Learn More About Sub For Santa
Sub for Santa is a local Christmas charity that provides gifts for children, elderly, and disabled in the Utah County area. Sub for Santa has partnered with United Way of Utah County for over 35 years. Last year over 5,100 children in 1,400 families were served by generous community sponsors through Sub for Santa.
United Way isn’t about just one thing or one way to solve problems; complex social issues require complex solutions.
Sometimes we start programs in a neighborhood that doesn’t have any. Sometimes we think it’s important to not reinvent the wheel, so we put our efforts toward supporting what already exists.
Statement from Kevin Jones
“A lot of people ask me why we charge $10 for our 30-day Trader Lite Trial. The answer, for a long time, was to make sure those who were enrolling in the trial were willing to invest a small amount in their future. In addition, it was a good way to make sure they were willing to take the trial seriously. After all, it can be hard to follow through on something you haven’t invested in.
Eventually, we didn’t need the money that came in via the Trader Lite trial. However, we still wanted potential students to show they were invested. That’s when Day Trade For Good was thought up. It was created as a way to help those less fortunate than ourselves while also getting potential students to invest in their day trading future.
This $5,000 Sub For Santa donation is just the first small step we are taking towards helping our community. While we are incredible happy to help in this endeavor, we look forward more to raising more funds to help those who stand in need.”
